Christian Horizons Family Camp Planners

Our space is limited this year due to an abundance of caution and COVID safety procedures. To ensure that every family who desires to attend Christian Horizons Family Camps 2022, has a fair and equal opportunity to do so we will be accepting applications from:

April 27th at 12 noon ET until May 4th at 12 noon ET.

When the family camp registration closes, all names will be entered into a draw for the camp of their choice, and we will draw family names randomly until all family camp spaces at each camp have been filled. You will be notified by email on May 9th if your family has been chosen for a spot at either of the Family Camps 2022.

At such time, we will send you the registration link to complete the process and payment and provide details about each family member, support and accessibility needs, food allergies etc. so we can plan and prepare to make this camp the best it can be for you and your family.

Please note that there is no fee to enter the draw. If your name is selected, and for any reason, you are not able to attend, simply let us know by replying to the confirmation email so we can draw the next name and let that family know as quickly as possible.

All people attending either the Saskatchewan or Elim Family Camps over 12 years old, will need to confirm that they are fully vaccinated against COVID 19. Click here for more information regarding public health measures and Christian Horizons.

We are excited for the opportunity to plan for camp, we will continue to be in touch with families and please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have.

About Family Camp
Our Family Camps are Christian faith-based events designed to encourage and provide a vacation experience for families that experience disability. This includes events to support caregivers. In-person camps are geared towards family units, for caregivers and those they care for. Once again, virtual Family Camp will be opened to families as well as individual campers.

COVID-19 Information
Please remember that we will follow all regional public health guidelines for masking and physical distancing. We also require all families (members 12 and over), staff and volunteers to show proof of full vaccination or medical exemption to participate in our in-person camps. Everyone will be required to take part in a Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival at the family camp location. Volunteers and Christian Horizons employees will be required to take part in daily Rapid Antigen Testing.
