Belete Ejer

Belete lives with his mother and 9 siblings in the community of Bekoji. It is a town known by its children affected by HIV/AIDS and disability. There is a well-attended school that offers inclusive education to children in the Child Sponsorship Program. Belete’s mother works as a daily labourer but she is unable to make sufficient income to meet the needs of their family and has, at times, been unable to send her children to school. Your sponsorship will create a source of financial stability for Belete and his family. Your support will contribute to school tuition, nutritional support, clothing and medical treatment. His mother will have access to Biblically-based, entrepreneurial and savings training. Additionally, your support strengthens inclusive education programs, vocational training, and Christian Horizons Global’s ability to advocate for and develop disability awareness and community integration in Bekoji, Ethiopia.
