Addisu Habtamu

Addisu lives with his parents in the community of Bekoji. It is a town known by its children affected by HIV/AIDS and disability. There is a well-attended school that offers inclusive education to children in the Child Sponsorship Program. Addisu was born with a disability to his right hand. His parents are not able to make sufficient income to meet the needs of their family and are living in very poor conditions. Your sponsorship support will create a source of financial stability for Addisu and his family. Your support will contribute to school tuition, nutritional support, clothing and medical treatment. His parents will also have access to Biblically-based, entrepreneurial and savings training. Additionally, your support strengthens inclusive education programs, vocational training, and Christian Horizons Global’s ability to advocate for and develop disability awareness and community integration in Bekoji.
