Crops are failing, and in many regions dependent on livestock and other types of farming, millions of families are starving. In addition to the detrimental weather conditions, some parts of the country are also experiencing civil unrest, and as a result, many Ethiopians are leaving their homes, searching for food and safety.
Our partners at Christian Horizons Ethiopia have reported an urgent need for child sponsorships, emergency nutrition programs, and additional funding to combat the rising cost of inflation.
